I also love the pistachio parm I used on this sweet potato and kale galette. So this tamari almond parmesan is the same ideaThe simplest vegan pasta has 7 ingredients in addition to the spaghetti and of course, you can make it your own. Here’s what you need!extra virgin olive oilroasted tamari almondsnutritional yeast (this will give it a cheesier, tangy taste)garlic powder (used for ease rather than using fresh garlic)flakey saltfresh chopped basilfresh ground black pepper (always!)If you want to bulk up this pasta, you could add veggies like peas or broccoli. Do not rinse the pasta!The best way to grind the almonds is in a spice or coffee grinder.
