This sweet smoothie is your new best friend.Ingredients1 C frozen raspberries1 frozen banana2 tbsp full-fat coconut milk1/4 C coconut milk water1 tsp coconut oil1/4 C shredded coconut3/4 C nondairy milk1 pitted medjool date1 C ice cubesInstructionsOpen the can of coconut milk and scoop out 2 tablespoons of the solid cream for the smoothie. Dig out the rest of the cream and save it for another use, and then use the sludgy liquid from the bottom in the smoothie too. It's approximately 1/4 cup of liquid with some chunks of cream in it.
