I paired them with the best damn vegan burger and the edamame mash sandwich, but you could even just eat ’em all by themselves. They would even be great dipped in vegan ranch sauce. These take about an hour to make at home, so preheat that oven and get ready for some scrumptious spuds!baked french friesIngredients4 russet potatoes1/4 C vegetable oil1 tsp paprika1 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp ground black pepperInstructionsPreheat the oven to 425°F.Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Wash the potatoes and cut into 1/2-inch sticks, leaving the skin on. Once the water is at a rolling boil, submerge the potato sticks in the water and cook for 10 minutes or until firm fork tender.Drain the water from the pot and toss them in oil, sea salt, ground black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated. Then lay them out on parchment lined baking sheets without over crowding.Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, flipping half way through.
